I never knew they made a RHD version of this dash. Also, it doesn't look to have the AC style extra space grill.

Cheap and deep steel wheels: 15x10 @ 5 x 6.5

Not mine. Anybody want these wheels? I can bring them south next time I hit the road.

http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/wto/5367744211.html

By the way, that's less than $140 U.S. for all 5.

Aussies ran this AC style in what they call "county's" aka 110's before the defender came out.

Ah, yes, I always forget to take the Aussies into account.

BAT Ebay Find

This is an interesting truck because it says that the 110 is a 1988 but the truck has a series III rear end.
Isn't the license plate on the wrong side? Also the stick-on V8 logo is crooked, makes it look cheap.

The VIN is odd as welll. VIN: AAPV0041500619808

Gotta love the stereo bolted to the lower dash and the switch panel screwed to the upper dash.

It appears to be a police assigned VIN from ZA. There are several reasons why it could carry that VIN (e.g., homemade kit car (i.e., assembled from used parts) or previous theft recovery where the original VIN was altered, etc.).

South African Vin number. Since its kept it, assume that Florida verified the number. Good Catch WillH!

I can't think of a time when an Arkonik truck looked any better though! Perhaps the low lighting is key.

I agree the dealer has good photos for other cars so my guess it's not local photography.

Looks like like the brown one that passed through Shane's shop. You know, the one that was scrapped for parts b/c of the build quality. Perhaps someone put it back together. 😉
