Why is everybody so afraid of the diamond plate hood and wing pieces? Even if there are 200 dents under it you can buy a NTO hood for $500 or you could find a good body guy to hammer it out and somebody with a spool gun to weld up the holes.

For me the slope just past original/genuine is a slippery one and never ending. Again, for me it's like a big bag of Lays. One regular serving is never enough. . But I agree with you, in principal there are a ton of other more frightening skeletons in that closet to be thinking about before the 5-bar.
