Gotta be more to the story on the white one, because you can replace the roof, hood and fenders pretty cheaply and there doesn't appear to be much other damage that would add up to a total loss.
I bet it went swimming or something.

Most storm cars will.
Its a little while down the road when all the wires corrode that kills them.

We had a NAS 110 that went through a hurricane and was under salt water for a couple days on the Cayman Islands. The owner sent it to us to rebuild and when it came to us it ran and drove, but every wire in the things was f'd and getting green with corrosion.

Can't see if the cage on the green one is straight or not. What kind of pussy lets his truck go due to hail damage?

Went and looked at the green one. It just sold at auction for $10,200 to someone in California. It was pretty banged up - every body panel had been worked over. Pretty crazy.
