Cl 110 Sf Bay Area

Looks like a very clean 110 but I would sell mine for 50K Is this one on the registry Jim?

The more I look the better this truck is looking. It might be one of the more cleaner 110's I have seen in picture form. Take a second look like I did and it sure looks super nice. If anyone here wants it it is some what close to me and I can give it a look see.

It looks like it has been repainted. Look at the rear door hinge bolts.

I saw the same thing but looked at a bunch of other 110 pics of other trucks and saw paint on the rear hinge bolts as well. It was too dark and I was to lazy to go look at my old hardware(went to SS) to see if mine were white. Do think the truck is a little to clean though.

My hinge bolts are ALL painted as well (doors included). And I know my truck hasn't been repainted...

Nice looking truck. I'd take $50k for mine too!

I don't remember if my rear ones were painted or not, but the door ones weren't. Chance, do you think the PO may have just had the bolts and hinges sprayed when they started to rust? I don't think I have ever seen a Defender with painted hinge bolts except when they have been resprayed.

OK, I actually got up off my lazy ass and went and looked. I stand corrected. The back door bolts are unpainted. The door hinge bolt tops have no paint on them. BUT, the recessed part of the bolt is sorta painted. Hinges don't look to have been painted, so my guess is the PO used touch up paint and painted the bolts at some point. Just a guess. I'll shut up now.
