It might have made it weak enough to bend. The laser guy could have "etched" the windows though I really like projects like these.

Didn't like the way it looked during the design phase.

I was talking to a guy locally about laser etching for a design on the piece, but it would have more than doubled the cost!

He must be charging you for exact time it takes per part. Its a great opener. To bad I don't drink beer.

This is the response I got today from Lars, "Timesave gives them the grain finish. After that they get tumbled in a rock like media which actually dulls out the grain a bit. This deburs them and softens up the edges. "

Most likely, I've never worked with the guy.

Guy's, this is turning into a cluster. I just got an email form Griswald@Gmail.com and he said that a bunch of people, Myself included have sent him money and he doesn't know why. I guess the OP in an attempt to be NSA safe split up his email with extra spaces so......... you may have sent money to the wrong person and you will receive nothing.
I'm out!

Yeah hmm.. probably should have clarified that in the first post. However, I cannot edit my first post. The email is Z.Griswold@gmail.com . Didn't want spambots to be able to search it as complete address.

My apologies. This is the list of names(not full names) of money I've received and have sent out openers.

T Bos
K Cur
R Rob
In & Out
J Geo
B Jon
A Cla
N Tho
D Cro
J Fra

Please PM me if you're not on that list but should be.

yep- I think there were three or four spaces that had to be removed for a cut and paste to work.
