Black D90 =- is this price for real??

What am I missing that makes this "rare" truck worth so much?

Alex, I don't think you are missing anything......more like the owner is missing a sense of reality...

Ha, I already e-mailed that dude and explained to him that it's neither a 110 nor 300/300 of the LE's, and that there is one on Autotrader with 8k more miles, stock, and black in better condition for $24k. I said it nicely of course. No response. HAHA

Ouch. How much of a premium comes with the '94 leather interior? 2-3k? Maybe? Or is there any premium at all?

Well, the black 94's were limited editions so maybe they do call for a premium. I think the only thing special about this is that it's a scam or someone really doesn't want to sell it even though his wife wants him to.

I had a buddy put up his sports car on e-bay 3 times the value of it to please his wife, she wanted it gone. He figures if it sold it would be well worth it... haha

He either doesn't really want to sell it..... or he actually thinks that someone is foolish enough to drop 65k. I'd hate to see how angry that persons wife is going to be when he pull up and shows off his 65k truck.

I offered the guy from the Auto Trader $30K and he came back to me at $40K. He is moving in the right direction, but is still a little off base. I just emailed the $90K guy an offer of low $30's lets see what he has to say. I would guess the auto trader truck w 81K miles is worth $30K tops and the $90K car w 14K miles if probably worth $35-40k. Thoughts????

I'm sure the 90k guy will enjoy the benefits of owning such a rare and valuable truck for a very long time ...
