Haha, no I haven't backed out. Still trying to figure out shipping though...but all else is going smoothly. Good news is that my CU lowered their rates to 4.74%! woohoo.

From what I can tell from the pics this is a Badger I right, but can anyone tell if it has the Gutter Kit?

I'll post a new thread with my grand plans once I have it in my possession and get a thorough look at it, but I'd like to drive down to my middle brother's place in Asheville and take my kayak (and perhaps a mountain bike) back...so some additional racking gear may be in the works. The seller is including a bunch of spare bits, parts and accessories that he never even listed, so a bike rack may be included.

wow, 4.74%... with a rate like that it would be better than paying cash!
good deal on the Badger!

looks like our local credit union is doing that rate too, but they say NADA price
NADA price has Low Retail, Avg Retail, and High, wonder which they go off of?

Now that you are an owner, whats the story with the 4.2? Did the guy just have one around. I have heard decent things about using them but would have assumed if the engine needed replacing the owner would have gone 4.6.

If you ask Four Oaks they prefer the 4.2 to the 4.6. Larry thought it was a better motor and tried to talk me out of a 4.6 conversion in favor of the 4.2.

Its got a Chevy 383 stroker putting out 425hp. It wasnt worth the money to put in a 4.6 for a 50hp gain.

Really is a sharp looking truck. Congrats on the purchase! I've got those seat covers in a different color too and they are pretty awesome... well, at least they were for a long time before they started falling apart.

There should also be a Loan Value, which is what the banks use. IIRC the Loan Value column is on the left and the others are on the right of the description of the vehicle.
