There was a 2010 just like that for sale in CA a month or so ago with a 2010 title on ebay. The listing showed a copy of the title. It was a diplomatic import with the correct title and the correct VIN on the title. It was bought by a dealer on the forum and then sold on. I looked at it (photos and copy of title), but didn't have the clams to buy it.

If this one is a scam its likely pictures of that other truck that the scammer is using.

I wish, then I'd get to play with it.

Barry, if I was going for one, I think I'd start with a 1984, then add the following:
  • Galvanized Frame
  • Latest SVX Wheels - adding mud terrain tires shortly
  • Latest Puma drivetrain - diesel with a six speed
  • Heated Seats
  • Power Front Windows
  • Power locks
  • Carpet
  • AC

Sounds pretty cool....

Barry sent this Craigslist guy an email.
He sent a spec sheet saying it's already titled in Ca as a 2010 and only has 10 miles on the odometer. Seets and steering wheel still have condoms on them. Wish I knew how he pulled that off....

If it was an ECR like some I've seen on their website then yes. But I think they are pushing as much money as this one.

Are you buying the Puma from Clay? That seems more reasonable to me. If I had the funds I would pull the trigger on that.

Ad is legit. Met the guy today and he has the grey for sale and also has a Black one for personal use. I think he would sell either. Both titled as 2010 trucks in California. Really nice guy.

Both SE spec 2010 trucks.
Black one has a sunroof, snorkle, a bar, and diamond plate otherwise the same.

Looks good. I didn't see an a-bar or snorkel on your new Prius though...may need to add them.

I like the round snorkle mantec makes. Not a fan of the flat narrow one. I like the A bar. Anyone know if that will fit on a defender bumper that has a prius bumper under it and a hummer bumper under that?
