Congrats Charles...

What is the plan for it? Sell it to your neighbor?

Charles, I'm picking up a new car trailer tomorrow, you're welcome to use it to pick it up if you like.

Maybe he said most serious, I don't remember. I have a feeling it was because I explained I was headed to Rausch Creek anyway and told him concrete times I could come see it - that and the fact I had verified with my bank I could go in to any Wachovia branch and make a cash withdrawal. I think people saying they will bring cash doesn't come across as very serious, or makes you wonder what kind of person you might be dealing with. Anyway, still surprised he picked me.

First let me acknowledge I have no business buying another rover. That said, I'm not delusional, just conveniently ignoring that for now. I think the order of events is get it home, get it running, access the time/money needed to bring it up to par (and what level of "fixing") and then see if my neighbor is interested in it (and let him also help determine the level of "fixing"). He is not mechanically inclined and may just be scared off. If he doesn't want it, I'll determine what level to take it to (well more likely my wife will) and I'll flip it.

This was meant to say "thanks for the hospitality last night, Gustavo". This truck really is only about a half hour from Gustavo's.

I'll let you know if I need it thanks, but I think I'm covered with one closer to me.

Will post more once I get it home.

Will be starting a "no start" thread later today, but she's home safe and sound. I got one quick cell phone shot after I loaded it on the trailer. A D90 sure does look good on a trailer

Man that is great, I don't care how shitty she turns out, you scored big on this one. I guess good things do happen to good people.

I agree. I hope it turns out to be a small issue to get her running again.

On a trailer or rollback is how I see many of them! Congrats again, Charles!
