I actually saw this one briefly in a garage near Dulles a year or two ago. I wasn't "allowed" to take pictures of it, but it did look fairly clean. I can't remember if it had a V8 in it or not. I tried to get more info on who did the conversion of the Series truck, but the guy showing me around didn't know much. I could have sworn that he said something about it being a Australian or New Zealand military conversion, but I could be thinking of other trucks. I'm sure it has an interesting story.

It was a private storage facility for classic and antique vehicles. They asked nicely that I not take pictures so I didn't. There were several other Rovers there with most of them being grey market imports or of questionable road legality, so I guess their clients didn't want the exposure. Lot's of other nice vehicles in there though.
I did have someone once threaten (all be it in a joking mannner....I think) to kill me if I published the photos of his late model, diesel, RHD 110 in a magazine.
