Brian, not sure if it's in the ad this time around, but last time he had disclosed he had it registered non-op for years for just airport use.
Again you called to waste his time. Just like I did. Then again that truck seems to have provided months of entertainment.

$85.2 and reverse not met? Wow.
I've sold some crazy costly Defenders in my time, but even I think that is high. Imagine what a cool Defender you could build for 85K. We bought LRNA 90 #1 for quite a bit less than that.
Good luck to the seller.

Yeah seriously. His truck "sold" for like half that, and had something like 7,000 percent more miles!! Hahaha

He's like Vanna White. Wait, does anyone even know who that is anymore? Or did I just date-stamp myself?

No lust here from me, for that kind of money, I would much rather have an ECR (or similar) restoration. This is $95K and the truck still has all the factory problems (or someday will) that we've all spent years fixing on our own trucks. Most notably, this $95k truck will rust, unless it goes back in a hermetically sealed underground climate controlled bunker.

I've seen garage kept d90s in Chicago with < 20k miles and surface rust all over. This truck may be virginal, but beyond that?

I'd spend a fraction of that and have mine rebuilt to better-than-new!
