can't tell for sure, just those orange caution poles don't look like stateside ones and neither does the farming land. I could be wrong.

Although there have been a couple of non-NAS trucks on ebay recently it seems like just a couple of years ago there were a lot more for sale...

Also look at the surface it is parked on. I have never seen anything like that here in the U.S. Especially Knoxville, TN. It looks like a diamond pattern. Also I have never seen the orange caution poles like that around Knoxville either.
