Will they fit a Series III? Whats the major differences? and.... can the vents on the NAS110 be trimmed out for vents?

I thought the blue one looked familiar. It is is pretty good shape other than the footwell patch job that needs to be done right.

The top of the blue one was pretty shot too
I just threw them in his truck, when he bought a tub. They were just taking up space, in Maine they may be worth a $100 on LI nobody was coming to get them.
