I just found this and spoke with the owner, it's in great shape and only has 18k miles, garage kept until last year. Interior is very nice. PM me if interested and I can go check it out further. Located in Nashville.Click image for larger version

How much does the owner want for it?

The truck belonged to Country singer Ronnie Milsap, it now belongs to his son, Todd. He is interested in selling, but doesn't have a solid number on it. I will reply to PMs shortly, can also go drive it later. I think he's in the 9-11k range at the moment.

What does everyone think is a fair number for this truck?

As a RRC nut this is an insane find. Just wow. Look forward to your report after driving it.

It is pretty cool, I was driving to cars and coffee and saw it parked and decided to stop. I guess Ronnie Milsap bought it and was driven around in it, and gave it to his son Todd last year. I posted it to keep from buying it myself and want to see it go to a good home instead of some teenager who will wreck it in 6 months.

That's a fair price range. My guess is $10k would get it and be reasonable given the mileage.

Yea, living over in Switzerland I really can't bring myself to buying another Rover until we move back next year. Yet this is just so cool and the color is really uncommon. Hopefully it does go to someone who will appreciate it.

Rust. Rust rust rust. If it has any of the usual, then it's a $1500 truck. I wouldn't go a penny over $3000 for it, mileage and ownership notwithstanding.
You will have to do a LOT of work to it, even if it has been sitting in a garage. Tires, fluids, brakes, tune up parts, belts and hoses, and an AC service.

The son has been driving it regularly over the last year, and it seems the truck has been regularly serviced by LR Nashville, I am probably going to get more pics and drive it tomorrow and find out what else I can learn. I can probably help with a tune up or what not since my house is right down the road and I have most tools.

There may or may not be rust - TN climate isn't too harsh.

Everything else is just basic replacement stuff.

Looking forward to hearing what you find out.

Just really tempting.

I agree with rust, but being optimistic about it, with that low of miles it would be hard to think there could be much IF it were garage kept most of its life. Tires, brakes, fluids, belts and hoses would be easy. If there isn't any rust I think 7-9k would be fair.

It's nice to see someone post a nice truck they don't own and just stumbled upon without having to pay them off as a middle man. Lol. Really cool find. Thanks for sharing!!

Owned by Ronnie Milsap and now sporting a David Allan Coe sticker.

It's priceless.

A fellow member here on the forum accompanied me to see the truck, an offer was made. I told the member I would wait until tomorrow to see whether the offer is accepted to post pictures and description.
