Any other details on this one? I'd like to see some interior shots, I bet it's nice!

The owner is still considering the offer, hopefully will know tomorrow. The truck is pretty much rust free, other than some very minor surface rust. The interior is in decent shape, seats are in great shape, really needs some new door cards, seat switches and a deep clean. If the deal falls through I'll post all pics and relevant info.

If the provenance is well-documented, the mileage is truly that low and Ronnie Milsap was a PO, you should be able to get well more than KBB. But then again, it's been a while since Ronnie's been on the charts...Nice truck either way...

Kind of like when George Kostanza bought Jon Voight Lebaron?

The owner has decided to keep it for the time being. Too much sentimental attachment

....interesting paint job...because the rad support is black(and looks to have the original LR decals), the door insets are black, but the exterior is green.
What is the Official Rover color designation on the decal?
Also, is that a LR installed battery cutoff?

I believe the 1988, 89 trucks had black seals and door inserts, the color was Eastnor Green

The Euro trucks in 89 had the door insert areas painted black. The NAS version had body color inserts. This is from pics I've seen on the Euro truck and the salesman guide videos on how to sell the NAS trucks (the videos are pretty humorous btw)

Of course knowing LR and the pretty big changes from 88 to 89 on the NAS trucks, a black painted door area certainly would be a possibility.

As an aside, that RRC has been faithfully dealer maintained. And there were several folks locally after it for many years- likely unaware it is for sale. I saw it once maybe 5 years ago, and it was spotless at that time- and I searched high and low for any hint of rust! Well worth the ask.

I looked at a 1990 the same color locally that had the door insert areas painting the same black color. I remember thinking that was different, but assumed it was supposed to be that way.

That's right! I remember those videos--LOL--they are around online.

BTW, I love this truck; I love Eastnor Green--it looks better in real life if you just let it the patina go flat ...

I'm guessing they never let ol' Ronnie behind the wheel ala ""??

Oh well, I guess there's no gettin' over this one...

Now listed in CL for $17500. Sent to LRN for clean up but according to sales/service guys who I know well, it still needs paint (they couldn't buff out the years of sitting), a couple dents fixed, rubber parts replaced, the entire interior redone (including some missing electrical components like seat switches, etc), and a few other items. Son of Ronnie Milsap is apparently expecting a big price because of 18k miles and connection with his father. With that price, I'm out!http://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/4886087736.html
