1971 fiat 500L

hi all,

anyone want my old fiat??? time to move on. i have not had it registered in years now. drive it 200 miles the last 2 years.

1971 Fiat 500L White with Red 42k km - 3 owners from NEW

i spent $3500 - 4,000 last year on a major service, new tires, new windshield, front disc brake conversion, blah blah blah.
starts right up.
burns ZERO oil.
all the lights / systems work as intended.
3 owners from new: some dude, my father in law and me
lived in italy until 2008.
painted in 2005 or 2006 in italy by some italian guy
the interior is original [i think] and the front seat have splits - seat covers are cheap i just wanted the originals.

posted for $17,000 but if you are kind, close and gentle you can own it. =)

thanks!!!

My friend Will had one in high school. We used to regularly take it to Georgetown (stuffed with 3 or four of us) and park it by picking it up and wedging it between cars. It didn't have any floors in it. I think it's now rusting away on the hill next to the Arizona Avenue bridge over Canal Road somewhere in the trees and rocks.

Bad timing and on the wrong side of the ocean, but I'd be totally down for it. They're like a Vespa with 4 seats.

Keith, screw the Mini Mokes! I see your clientele enjoying tooling around in one of the specialized Fiat taxis only found in Capri. This would make a cool import.
