On the other hand, he apparently studies me.
Never said I was an expert or who I know. Someone else on the board sent me a PM about how they saw what you wrote and said it is par for the course in your posts on DWEB, which is fitting. I don't know you nor do I want to. You came out of nowhere and were a dick for zero reason on a post that you had no reason to chime in on. John and Horsey I know and it is normal. You are a douche. Go back to DWEB, they miss you.

I think this sums up who you are

Just want to point out I am not insulted by JSQ. Both Horsey and Phoenix I know and stuff goes back and forth all the time. JSQ, I have seen your posts on other boards, you just seem to be a douche where ever you go. Good luck with that. My truck will sell but you will still be a douche.
Sorry Barry but I could not resist. I would sell my 110 for 45k if cash was in my face. Not as nice as yours but close enough.

So it's more of a study group, then just a solo project?

Plenty of dealers will give you that if you are serious. Let me know as that is the common dealer offer

Yeah seems to be a group thing. Someone saw your post and automatically sent me the link to the thread about how much of a wonderful person you are. I could careless who you are but you joined this thread and immediately bashed me as a chump and the same for whoever buys it. Maybe you aren't used to the price of these trucks since yours is "technically" a series truck. Ohh there I go researching you again.

Selling the truck for those interested as I want to buy something else that is totally different from the 90 that I have.

Honestly I want top dollar and the board isn't typically the place where people get it for their trucks.

Zimm got the money he wanted... took a while, and a lot of ribbing, but he got it.

Well I don't think it would hurt to post it here, if anything wouldn't the comments be entertaining at the very least?

Hell I think your truck is beautiful, and if you are patient you will get your asking price or close to it.

It was but you also sold it for all intents and purposes to a dealer.

it was a pass thru. the vehicle was for sale for quite some time. i'm not dissatisfied at all. but if mike was able to tack on 1 to 40 thousand because he had the contacts and an actual buyer that wasnt a frigging land rover squirrel... awesome for him... i still thank him for helping me move my truck. i'm not a used car salesman by trade and i did quite well on the return thanks to him.

people seem to confuse asking prices with sale prices. they value their rigs according to whats on consignment at copley or asking prices on ebay, not what sells.

all im coughing up is what things are going for in the real world, not la la land.

like anything else, there are suckers and impulse buyers. more power to anyone that can get 10% more than me for a rig full of replacement parts and twice the mileage. with 110s being imported by the boatload cheap nowadays, though, i cant figure why someone would pay top dollar for an NAS that would get panned at a car show. if you want something non original, build it from an import and save 30g.

Anything done to my truck is super easy to reverse. Carpet, cage color and wheel color. Everything else can be chaulked up to maintenance.

Prices are all over and I know asking and selling can be different. We also know that sometimes you can buy one that is mint for nothing. Suckers go for the sellers too.
