The 4x4 Center is auctioning a 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 July 23rd at 8am.
This is an auction to recover an unpaid repair balance on the vehicle.
It will be necessary for in state & out of state buyers to obtain a title from the State Of Vermont. Tax will be due when title is obtained.
The minimum bid is $41491.74
The winning bid must be paid for at time of auction end with cash or a certified bank check.

I don't get this. Even for out of state delivery? Doesn't make sense to me.

I assume he is implying that they don't hold the title on the truck and all they have is a lien?

Or a court order.. Basically if he did 10k in work he has to give the balance back to the owner. Not sure if he can recoup legal fees in this case.
