Chris, Take a deep breath and don't sell the kit. There's nothing to guarantee the Allard kit is any better. It's British craftsmanship. I was as frustrated as you are now when I first installed it. When spending a lot of cash on a kit you'd expect a bit more but I don't think we'll have to do much to get a great fit. I have a plan but I haven't had time to get anything fabbed up yet as I have a lot on my plate. We can reduce parts, make it look cleaner and it should avoid touching the alternator as well. Let's talk about my plan next time I'm up there. I can get the tubes bent here in P-town and I'll make custom silicone hoses if we can't find anything existing. Don't be bummed. You'll be very happy you did this.

Mmh,

nothing really, on the same boat.
Stripped alternator without plastic cover, otherwise there's not enough room.
I tried to carefully position the hoses, I did the best I could.
That little stud is not touching the bend anymore, it did before though.

In the end, once everything is properly routed, it's okay, I never had a problem.
It's maybe not the best layout in the world, but at the time it was the best choice for me.

The kit I sell is much better and a clean install. No modifications at all and bolts right up. It's available for 200tdi or 300tdi

Sure Chris I will send info. I have none left in stock but they would be about 2 to 3 weeks away.

Manifold is a custom unit and it is an easy kit to install takes about 3 hrs and comes with every part needed.

Comes like this

This along with an intercooler is an amazing power upgrade. There are a few guys here that I have set kits up for.

The nice thing is that everything is kept in stock location and no modifications to the hoses for turbo like other kits that make it look like a Home Depot plumbing job.

200tdi? Really? Is this an allisport kit?
Have you run a 200tdi kit? Or anyone else on here run one?

Yes, these are supplied to me through Allisport. And yes they have manifolds for the 200tdi as well. I have not ordered one yet though. So no pictures as of yet..

City drivability is night and day. Freeway remains the same.

I can tell you that Bowie on the forum here has one on his 110. I installed it. Took a quick drive in it and noticed basically no turbo lag at all... Normally it takes a few seconds to get the 300 rpm up and then you hear the turbo spooling up. Once the turbo was installed, it kind of just pulls right from idle. I also installed a stock replacement Intercooler and adjusted the fueling for the upgrade.
Prior to installing the parts, the 110 was slow and had no pickup. After the upgrades I can say that the truck was much more fun to drive and pulled much harder.
He said it was a big improvement and enjoys the truck much more now.. Maybe he will see the thread and post so e feedback.
