Tranny problems?

Grinding in second? Sticking in gear? You may not have major tranny issues. Drop the tranny. Disable linkage. Remove the 5 10mm bolts that hold the cover on. There is an allen head set screw that moves the shaft. It can be loose or partially worn/stripped. This allows enough play where things get out of wack.

Fixed that and put the truck back together. Shifting like new.
