Tithonus 200tdi

After getting back from Atlanta this coming weekend I will be starting a complete power plant and drivetrain revamp. I have purchased a 200tdi from Uncle Doug, thanks Doug, a R380 from Ashcroft, a1.4 transfer case and a disc brake rear Salisbury from David at Urban Land Rovers. I will be hauling my rear end, transfer case, and Rockware bumper all home in my rebuilt MK3 Sankey trailer.
I will try and snap a couple of pics as I go.

Do you have to get new Exmoor mats now that you are putting in a R380? I heard they are not interchangeable which would be a shame. One reason I may go with a LT77s if I can find one.

No. The Stumpy is a direct replacement for the LT77.

To be honest I am not sure what I am more excited about. The 200 is for sure at the top of the list, but I have wanted a Sankey for a long time. I am a dork like that. When the truck is done then I will get to work on the rooftop tent for the trailer.

I don't get that if you do not intend to wheel the truck extremely hard, which you say you don't

Did you check with Chris Snell on any of this? I'm amazed you would ruin an ExMoD truck like that!

so far Abe has removed the plastic top, fitted a soft top, made a low profile rack.
now he's changing everything under the truck except the drive shafts.
