Seat reassembly

Got parts back and starting reassembly. Seems pretty straightforward.

Well, I shouldn't have opened my big mouth. Was actually pretty easy but being inexperienced cost me a few hours. I think it looks pretty good. Biggest pain was getting the seat cover front and back to connect.

Glad it wasn't just me! You didn't complain as much as I did though.

Looks good.

I did. Although not the "slides". The powdercoater said it would screw up the bearings. They sand/soda blasted down the slides to bare metal. I then put about 3 coats of primer and 3 coats of high gloss black rattle can paint on them. Looks just like the rest of the frame.

1 lesson learned is to cover up the seat mechanism that is under the plastic cover. That was a bitch getting all the pieces moving again..
