My truck is almost finished. Just modifying the turbo intercooler hoes and setting up the fuel lines.

Are you paying your uncle for the work or is the labor gratis?

I got to pay that lazy fool. We're stuck trying to get the fuel lines. Into the fuel pump. That system is metric and the 2.5td was standard.

Splice the lines or swap out the filter and housing.

We set up a 200tdi filter housing and finally found a fitting to go into the 200tdi metric fuel pump. The 2.5td uses the standard male fitting and the 200tdi uses a metric. The fuel lines should be on by fall. We also got the turbo intercooler hoses under control. Hopefully, the truck should be up and running by Christmas.

My Land Rover still has the 2.5td engine in it. I'M NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY ENGINE. THEREFORE, IT IS STILL STOCKED WITH THE 2.5TD ENGINE. I'M KEEPING IT AS HOW I SHIPPED IT INTO THE COUNTRY.

Thanks for everyone's help. The truck started for the first time and sounds SWEET. After intense research via YouTube, Landyzone, and other forums, we learnt that The stop solenoid was not connected. We connected it and the truck started up w/o any problems. The only thing left to do is put on the radiator, electric fan, connect the turbo intercooler hoses, and put on the new belts. Also, I have another heater blower to put on. I should be on the road in about 2-3 weeks.

Did anyone ever lock down an NYC shop space for winter wrenching? Wearing my coveralls and 4 layers is getting old and has a negative affect on my wrenching.

You right about parking it up during the snow storm but I spent more on performance and I would love to play in the snow.

My uncle name is Ken but he's called Police in the neighbourhood. I've heard of Felix but I think he Haitian. The colour of my truck is Gun Metal Gray. I didn't understand the question about the winching or storage. I tried to add a video of the truck but the site froze on me.
