Hey Gene,

Yes, that is printed in 1.7mm SmartABS, 80mm travel rate, 0.20mm layer height, 15% infill, 2 layer shell.

I have found ABS to be extremely weak and have a very short life in practice.

That was a prototype. I am now running another piece I printed with Taulman 645 which is superior for off-road parts.

I run Taulman now at 8 shells and 25% infill and the parts are almost indestructible.

I don't have a 3d printer but my neighbor does so all that tech stuff is over my head. I just liked the design and since I too am putting in an Ashcroft locker and need a switch holder I thought I would ask. I went with having them build up the complete diff. I should be getting my 24 spline drive members next week and then I can put it all in, maybe this spring I can be done and go on some trip...........

Some pictures of the engine bay and solenoid/air regulator install.
The little extra dangling black wire is for the future front locker solenoid, whenever I get one.

I am running the locker at ~85psi, we'll see how reliable that is.

Thanks. Let me know what the hole pattern you need is and I can print something up for you gratis.

I asked Ashcroft for the pressure needed , Dave emailed me back 75-100psi. so 85 should do it.
