need interior touch up advice

I have a few scratches on the matte black cover/screen trim for the automatic shifter in the car.
Any suggestions on finding the replacement part for the scratched up part? do you think I should just paint it? and if so what type of paint?
Thanks for your help.

shifter film

Good luck finding a film that is better than what you got, There are some new ones out there $100 and up, managed to find one for my D1 after seven years of looking, now just gotta pull the centre dash console apart to change it, give a shot of silicon spray and polish it up a bit

Yeah, the only thing you can do is buy a new one or try to prevent debris from scratching if any further.
should be pretty easy to clean out.
