NAS rear ladder bracket help

So I got a NAS rear ladder off an LE from the dealer that needed repair. The genius tech couldn't figure to take it off properly, so as a dealer the only logical way is a hacksaw. It's off the pass side from the mounting bracket leaving a nub and non plate. (See pics)

So my question is not to get another cause that's impossible, but if anyone out of the goodness of they're heart would take the generous time to make a quick cutout stencil measurement or point me in the direction for help so I can get one fabricated???

I'll look in my D90 stash of goodies and offer a fair trade!
