NAS D110 Plastic Spare Tire Cover Body Color

I just got my plastic NAS D110 spare tire cover back from the paint shop. These covers were only on the NAS D110s and were colored Alpine White. Since mine is now Beluga Black, I had to paint it to match the new body color (the letters are in reflective bright silver).

So far so good
I do not know how they did it exactly, but I was told that it was not easy.
Since they know now how to do them, I imagine that one could send theirs to be done. (not cheap)
These guys do all my powder-coating:

I have three of these hanging on my wall at home. I thought ROW trucks got them too?

The ROW Defenders had them too, I meant only the 110s from the NAS batch had them (no 90s)...

Although the LPF guys obviously did not powder-coat this, they had to sand, prime, and then mask around the letters for the silver.
