plan was to part it, then it shows up looking better than expected and I got it to run. Now it looks like he should just put a pick up cab on it and sell it but he needs the identity for the pile of NAS parts that he's been assembling into a 110 dormobile. Its all very complicated....

I need to sell all or substantially all of it because I am spending time working on it and not my main 110 project[s].

Plan was a part out, but then it showed up and had a good frame/bulkhead and even runs.

Ron

I don't understand - why don't you just install the dormy roof on this new truck and run it like that while you interminably jack around with the other trucks?

It is diesel and RHD. I may take your advice, but, believe it or not, the other 110 is pretty close to done.

He's already stripped the pto winch off so thats the kiss of death for the truck- I did get to see it work/pull a 20ft tall privacy shrub/piece of hedgerow out.

The PTO winch that we pulled off that truck is something else. It looks like it is designed to lift 6 tons or more and do it all day, every day.

I can definitely see how this would be useful if winching was something you did often.

Are you hinting that Ron is compensating for a lack of skills or that he wheels with people with no skill set ?

I need to sell this thing as it is sucking up my time. I fit the slave cylinder and attempted a bleed -- worked ok, but maybe I need a MC too???? I cleaned off the black paint on the galvy trim with a angle grinder with a wire wheel. Got rid of the other side bumperette and cleaned up the rear crossmember. I just spent 2 hours sorting out the rear lights (wired in the british way, all the wires were painted over blue, it had a hacked in trailer wiring and only one worked when I started) and I now have them all working except the reverse light. The light works when I put power to it, but there is no wire that would seem to activate it (well maybe one ....) diagram says "when fitted" so I am going to pull it off for now.

Tomorrow the FRONT lights!

I know I have a bad ground on the right as the headlight is dim and when I pulled the lights it was clear someone fitted a brake light in the front and decide not to use one wire.

WHY WON'T MY REVERSE LIGHT WORK! I can't seem to find the wire that it is associated with. Diagram says green/brown. No green/brown wires around? I got a purple and a blue.

Remind us what part or parts of this truck you are trying to sell and for how much? Sounds like you are trying to sell it complete now, but your forsale thread is just a partial truck with no identity iirc.

I'll see what Janey's wiring colors are sometime today if it doesn't take long to get access to.

I will sell as much or as little as someone wants. The only two things I absolutely need to keep are the apline windowless roof and the winch. I would prefer to sell as a PU cab or just sell the rolling chassis as parts $3000 obo.

Asking $6000 OBO complete with the title, full roof with alpine windows (no roof rack -- but that is negotiable) and all the stuff I bought/fixed. $5500 OBO with a PU cab and tailgate. At this time I am only looking to recoup costs and get a free which.

Fix that clutch master so it can be driven and I bet it will go quickly. Your asking price is quite/rediculously low for a solid 110.
