Interior of Series IIa

Looking to start finishing off the interior of the 88". I would like ideas people have for what they have done with their 88" and D90's. I have a forward facing bench seat in the rear.

I have some quickfist mounts I want to put to use. Pics would be great.

Mine is pretty spartan - no door cards or headliner even. I have a one piece floor mat which is starting to fall apart but worked great when holding together. I have a thin rubber mat in the bed but nothing on the wheel arches other than the fold up benches.

I added a cup holder from a tuffy box since that's all I felt it needed :D

I'd say keep it as 2A as you can. If you want to splurge on new door cards and seats, the Exmoor elephant hide is very close to the original. Add the deluxe footwell trim, headliner and you're stylin '60s style.
You might want to add some sound absorbsion and insulation beforehand.
For floor mats, the originals are best. Aftermarket reproductions are of very poor quality.

The floor mats I have are 1/2 inch thick solid rubber. I've had them for 10 years, and they show no signs of wear. Full rear coverage, and front footwell coverage.

I do want to put some sound deadening in here and there, and I want to have some kind of door interior. I have ideas for this type of stuff.

I'm mainly talking about how have people outfitted their truck with gear and such for trips, etc... I plan on doing some of the expeditions the local club has, week long trips into the desert and such. Some of them are 90% Series trucks.
