I am planning to make them available for pre-orders at Overland Expo in May. The small one is pretty much good to go. I just made some tweaks to the assembly method and construction of it. The large one needs a little adjusting. The bars span too far and are too thin for how large it is. I'm doing an option to see if a diamond pattern would be more stable. I may post some renderings up to get everyone's opinion. I also have a killer grill design in the works.

I would be interested in a small black set. What price are we talking?

Still trying to figure that out. I will have firmed up pricing closer to launch in May. It won't be the cheapest guards on the market because they are made to last, locally, anodized type III, never flake, never rust, etc

Carl:

Very interested in a pair of the #1 shown earlier, in black. If you make a grill that matches them I'd be interested in one of those also.

Will you be at the PDX ABFM this year?

Cheers,

Paul.

I am definitely making a grill as well. I am evaluating a couple of different designs right now.

Yes, I hope to be at ABFM this year.

Close to stock looking would be good for the grill. Hopefully a Land Rover crest can be attached.

Hope to see you at the ABFM!

I have an aluminum version of the stock grill that I am considering and I also have an expanded mesh type grill that is going to look killer and be super robust.

Yes. I wanted to finish gen 2 and post that up for you. I had eye surgery this morning so most likely it won't happen until tomorrow. I haven't forgotten!

You can take a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a bull's ass, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it?

I've seen the designs and my opinion there are a couple really nice options for both the traditional crowd as well as the retro-classic folks. Only thing missing is the Chelsea Tractor tarted up versions, but I wouldn't say that I was missing itů

Had a really nice conversation about some added functionality that I am really excited about!
