Dual shock turret install, HD turret rings

Installed britpart galvanized dual shock turrets and terrafirma HD turret rings.

The galvanized turrets were painted black to give the galvanizing some additional protection against corrosion.

In pictures...

Worked well in a test. No real differences between standard except:

1. 100x easier/faster to remove/install shocks
2. much easier to retain front springs at top with hose clamps.
3. could potentially allow for front bottom relocation cones, if such things existed.

As a note, some web sites have stated that the britpart turrets require modification of the truck.

This was not true on my truck. The install was drop-in.

Others have said that tires can rub on the shock at full lock. I have 32x11.5R16 tires on Freestyles with 50mm spacers and there is no rubbing at full lock.
