Defender 90 Sliders

Hello, my 1997 Defender 90 is currently without sills or sliders. I would like to install plain sliders that will have a similar look to what the factory sills would provide. Based on some research I've come up with the following option:

TF803 Defender 90 Rock Sliders from Terrafirma (Sorry I don't yet have permission to post links, but if you Google that, it will come up)

Any feedback or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

These? Defender 90 Terrafirma Rock Sliders With Tree Bar Side Steps

I have a set with the tree bars. Pretty sure you can get w/o as well but why? Nice parts and they are hot dipped galvanized under the paint. Give Eric Riston at AB a shout.

Contact Jon Carter (MadCowDungBettle), he makes the best sliders on the planet. Seriously.

I have the TF slider with tree bar; installed last year. Looks identical to Dro' setup. I have a few pix in my registry, I think.
I like with the tree bar since I can use that as a step and to knock mud off boots.
Plus, I have an auxiliary side gas tank, so the bar would serve as some protection in event of side impact accident. I got mine from Lucky 8, and super fast shipping.

I put some non-slip tape on the bar from Home Depot to make the round bar easier to stand on. slipping off the bar and bumping your knees or shin on it hurts like hell.

I have these from RN on my 90. Very robust setup and easy installation. I agree that the tree bar adds vehicle protection and is also an excellent step.
