Custom rear speaker panel above rear door

So after looking around for speaker placement options I decided to build my own panel based on some other users on this forum. I didn't want place the speakers low using a MUD panel behind the seats. This panel will replace the rear door headliner panel piece and bolt into the existing places with t-nuts and bolts. Made this in under 4 hours and just need to get it wrapped up at the upholstery along with my custom centre console. Let know what you guys think or suggestions I can make it better.

Do you not have air exit vents in the center?

Finished wrapping the panel tonight. It was my first time wrapping so it's not perfect. I will be swapping the bolts for nicer ones to finish it off.

Not in the original panel. There are no vents or insulated panels in the rear cab. I will be getting panels shortly and installing dyna mat. The centre has two grab handles and nothing else.

I saw the pics on google but not the forum. It's a very similar except I want to make mine look like one following piece instead of sections looking like it was layered. My DIY project cost: $31 for marine vinyl, $13 for glue, $25 for wood was from left overs from previous projects and $5 for hardware along with 3 hrs of my time messing around.

Pretty happy with the results so far.
