Cooling

Jegs 52000-19 aluminum universal radiator for chevy 28"x16.5" $172.00 shipped

Bend up some new mounts for it and weld= 1 hour and scrap metal in shop

two puller fans from late model Honda

temp control wiring kit from auto parts store. wire though toggle so you can turn it off for deep water

small clear overflow tank from the junk yard.


Cheap, easy, COOL

Need to add that you need a different hose for the radiator output. I can post the number (Gates) when I'm at the shop next. The outlet of the new radiator is bigger.

You have to weld the homemade lower mounts on top of the factory mounts. If you bolt them on, the radiator cap will not clear the hood.

Switched to a home made shroud with a single 2600cfm puller. The fan only comes on for about a minute at a time while leaving it at idle. I'm pleased
