Center dash cover insulated rubber

Looking everywhere for this interior rubber piece that covers the firewall area around the fuse box. Mine is crumbling on the passenger side and getting worse. Drivers side is near perfect but I'd just like to replace it all. Not having any luck finding it in the usual places.

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks,
Will

Mine does not have AC. So are there other replacement options? Exmoor?
