As much as I hate Land Rovers, there I nothing like the LWB. Post photos.

Been raining and I got home with it late so no pix. Beluga Black with Dark Sable Connolly interior.
Not running, usual age related fixes needed. Doors sagging and don't close right. Headliner sagging, foot wells might be rusty. Been in a garage for many months so full of spider webs.
Will need all the hoses belts fluids filters tune up as well a brakes tires. On the good side, no visible dents or even door dings, pretty good paint, everything is there and working. Probably need another 2-3K put into it to be roadworthy. This is going to be a springtime thing.

Sarah hates the black, so Roman Bronze may be a winner.

I meant was it the Roman Bronze LWB on Richmond CL or the truck that was listed as "gud condishin"? I watch Richmond CL every day for Rovers.

I looked at those ads and was this close to picking up the phone when this one popped up on thursday. Texted him right away and the deal was done. Paid way too much but it isn't like I'm on Wheeler Dealers or anything...

I've learned to take that $2-3k estimate and double it.

Just finished power washing. As you can see it has a pretty straight bod. Usual tailgate dent from having hitch ball on too high. Tweak in f bumper and a little on r bumper. Inside good save for droopy headliner.
Needs usual brakes shocks tires.
Bad paint on bonnet. Very little rust.
Will let it go for $11,500!

I barely have enough time to work on one rover, while you are making good time on several. Looks like a fun project Bill!

Is that a black interior? Only the second one I have seen if it is (might be dark brown).

Dark brown, Brown.

------ Follow up post added October 22nd, 2012 05:43 PM ------

rr drive flange bolts were less than finger tight, obviously for quite some time as there is/was oil/grease all over the wheel.
