Will have to check. I don't recall seeing that before but may not have noticed. The truck is at the shop so can't check at the moment.

Brent, does your parts truck have a good rear view mirror with the bottom map lights?
(if it hasnt turned dark)

If so, I'm looking for one!

As for your ABS, after so many years I dont think there's any pressure left in the system.
I'd hang on to the pump as they are hard to come by.

sorry Nomar - I have already claimed the rear view mirror for my truck.

I did go over and see the truck this morning. I had gotten a call a week ago that the shop owner noticed something in the body work after he had finished the spray and clear coat. There was a spot on the rear quarter that wasn't perfectly strait after body work and paint. So, he sanded it back down to investigate and found a spot where the body man had repaired over an old repair (happened while the shop owner was out of town and not able to inspect). Well that body man is no longer employed there and he stripped the quarter down again, cut out the old repair that was at least 15 years old (had lead based bondo product), welded in new metal and then completed the repair and paint. this is why I am impressed, 1. I would probably not have seen the issue for some time down the road, 2. he took it on himself to correct it without ever bringing it to my attention after it had already been painted, 3. He is not charging me for anything other than what I would have paid for the repair if it had been done during the body rebuild process (he is eating the costs and the paint is very expensive). So, as of this morning the paint and body work is now complete, all green has been painted green and all black has been repainted black. Now it is time to start the rebuild process. I should have it back within the next two weeks! Finally!

dang it, I knew I should have bought that thing!

I'm actually getting some brackets made for my dog guard...the truck I pulled the guard from, the PO had heat bent them to wrap around the seat release box and jerry-rigged them to screw into it. I'll let you know if these local guys are able to make what I need.

Took a break from the classic to take the family camping with some friends. Had a blast off-roading in the 110.

Those are 3D printed. Do you have a pair? I may buy their wiper cap, but I'm not sure about the finish.

War Eagle! Next time I'm in Atlanta we will have to grab a beer! The finish on the Congleton ones looked off to me as well... I have a set, just seeing if I could find another or better set

Sounds like a plan- just PM me. I'll do the same when I go to Nashville. As far as the lift tabs, I don't think that they're meant to be exact replicas. They're supposedly an improved design that won't break as easily. I'm gonna install them for daily use and keep my originals for a concours show (sarcasm). Aren't the originals NLA?

I wonder if you could coat or polish the tabs for a better appearance. In the end they are better than nothing.
How are those rivets installed? Just a regular pop rivet gun.

Major progress in reassembly today. Got all carpets, rear seats, all four doors put back together and center console installed.
