Looks good to me (although the army claims I'm colorblind to a whole range of green )

You going to make it to the National Rally with that this year?

Looks fantastic Lane. Love the green color with the white top. Classic color combo.

I think ARB's look good on Defenders. I just sold mine to get a Rockware but I did like the looks of the ARB - just wanted some more clearance (shouldn't be an issue for your rig) and I think Rockware's look pretty bitchin' too.

Are you going to put flares on? I think they would really complete the Defender look - although getting some to fit on the back might be hard.

I agree rockware is by far the best. but i got a great deal on it, and it looks tough...... Yes flares are gonna go on. I may end up filing the front of the fender well, to make it a stock hole size, so i can run a stock flare..

I like that idea and think you could make it look like a nice clean stretch.

You could use a set of 110 3 door rear tub skins, they have enough blank area around the wheel well that you could set the wheel opening wherever you like and it would look nice and clean.

Drill out some spot welds, some rivets take out the old and install the new ones using some panel adhesive and pop rivets.

Not sure how much they would cost but the ones I have seen for 90ís were pretty cheap

Looking good. We need to find you some tailgate latches - gotta believe someone has some used ones lying around.

I have no idea if he has plans for them, but I noticed Ron's truck has a good set of flares on it - might want to try him.

Big gay bumper!

No flares, or make them out of tube.

I'm not one to judge a truck by it's bumper (or grill) but I think the ARB is out of place too.

If not flares maybe front mud flaps, but I think if you ever get into mud of any kind you are going to one something to stop it kicking up into the truck. But tubing would be cool for protection.

Rovahfarm "antiluce" pins are the latches. $11 each. I don't have any spares (or I have one that had the bolt part sheered off).

I can't believe you guys are commenting on the bumper, and not the mud flaps....

That's what happens near the end of a build. We get bored with the nearly complete truck updates and begin to nitpick the really mundane stuff.
