Did you guys make some kind of slider or is that a gas tank skid? Oh it needs more triangulation, and it needs to be dirty!

Looks good Randy!

Couple of Qs for you Randy:
1)just out of curiosity, what are the specs of our setup?
and
2)are those the alloy shafts from Keith @ Rovertracks?
(spotting the windscreen sticker I guess so)

Bling-o-ful truck

Thanks, Yes, the rear shafts ar Rover Tracks units. As for the rest of the suspension, The rear has Rym rear links and rockware shock mounts. EE HD spring retainers front and rear. Rancho 99012 14" shocks all around Rym 3" springs all the way around and Custom Rover tracks Exo front shock mounts. I am also running a SG 3-link system up front.
My steering is the HD SS Rym track bar and drag link. Drive shafts are a stock 300tdi unit in the rear and a GBR double cardon unit up front.

I hope this helps

Cool

Thanks Randy,
it sounds interesting

I'm going to have a custom made wide-yoke front shaft soon
(nothing like 2xcardan but it should come close and cure the driveline vibs I have now...and come cheap!)

but-if you have the chance-I'd be happy to see a pic of your GBR unit...
Bill is a bit slow in replying "in these days"

Again,impressive work

Best wishes!

Hi Randy,

What size are the 35's and rims ? Do you get any fouling on the spring seats at full twist ?

Cheers,

Dash looks great Randy.

I have been thinking about doing the same thing. What was your total cost and how much of a pain was it to do the upgrade?

WOW! Looking good Randy! I bet the switches are much easier to use now that they are bolted down

No prb Michele...

Yeah, No more wiring spagetti Mike....lol..

TO do the dash right it costs about $1000. To really do it right would be to get the new style wiring harness too so all the switches just plug in and you do not have to screw with some stuff..

It's the little touches...

Love the RW front. One of our local tdi converts had his converted to accept the superwinch and galvanized (along with everything on his truck). I think it looks stellar with the Husky cutout....

Looks great bro. I keep digging the silver paint more and more. I'm trying to figure out if I want to paint my hybrid sliver or gray now.
