Very nicely done. Is that an M&D kit? Q's

- tell me about the servo vacuum tube. did you make that or is that a particular part no you found that fits? mine could use something better like that. very tidy.

- top heater hose from the head. how did you get it to bend that way, or is that a particular part no you cut to fit?

- did you do any soundproofing?

- what mpg are you getting? is it stock tune? what' tcase ratio?

more engine bay pics please!

Looks fantastic... minus the rack and the white. I can't stand the solid white arches but that's the look it seems people want. These two builds are fancy!

Rear axle is P38 Defender type?

Morning Mark

- tell me about the servo vacuum tube. did you make that or is that a particular part no you found that fits? mine could use something better like that. very tidy.

We used a 300 LHD TDI hose and a heat gun to make it look stock.

- top heater hose from the head. how did you get it to bend that way, or is that a particular part no you cut to fit?

We use the newer style heater box and the matched hoses for a later box.

- did you do any soundproofing

We did our normal sound proofing but nothing special. I hate the static clutch noise of the 2.8 but but as you know once in drive it the clutch noise goes away.

- what mpg are you getting? is it stock tune? what' tcase ratio?

We tried a 1-2 box and a 1-4. Stuck with the 1-2 on this one. MPH - who cares its fun to drive,

more engine bay pics please!

Will see what other engine bay images we have. We've installed several of the M&D kits this year so we have some images some place. If you need something special we have an install going on now and I can grab some images for you.

Rover Axle as it was decided that was the best choice for the end customer.

Trucklites for sure. Best light we have used. Installed 12 sets this year with ZERO failures.

hey, since you guys are installing M&D 2.8 kits now, have you come up with a better routing for the turbo to intercooler pipe? My M&d kit came with a piece of 2" straight pipe, and 45deg and 90deg silicone ends, that is pinched between the alternator the the inner wheel well, and it sucks balls. It really needs a shaped piece of pipe to work through there and avoid abrasion from rubbing on other things.

if you made something custom I want me a piece of that.
