No kidding.. he has built a truck that pictures just can't give justice to. Beastie trail muncher... it's pretty much Metallica and Judas Priest on wheels

doing some shock tower mods.... lowering truck close to 3inches. the easiest way to do this was to remove the old towers and make new taller ones. I managed to finish up the rear and got about 30% of the way thru the front end. also plated up frame around rear just to beef it up some more and added some gussets.

old vs new

no pictures of truck sitting at new ride height yet until the front is done obviously lol

truck is sitting on all 4s now.. ended up being barely lower than it was with new springs... still messing with them.. changed front spring rate to 300/200 WAS 200/150... this lifted truck like 3inches... lowered shocks to 160psi and changed spring rate to 300/150. Probably need to break in this 300lb spring its just way to stiff to see what the actual ride height is going to be. Also rerouted all the steering hoses/locker/brake lines. The rear was changed to 250/150 it was 150/150. Installed new bump stops(old ones were not bent or anything...). oh and to top it off I think I punched a pin hole in radiator when I wacked it with a wrench lol

IT is pretty expensive... luckily for me I use the same radiator in multiple vehicles... so my cornvette donated its radiator to the rover..

Going to use the wilwood triple master set up like I used on my other build. If u run 5/8 bores you'll love them and won't miss power brakes at all
