Pismo beach! that looks awesome. I wonder how many beaches are left in this country that you can actually drive in and camp?

Figured that you may want a picture of the 110 roaming the beach on the opposite coast. one is from Smith's Point, Nantucket a few days before Hurricane Irene hit in September 2011. the other with the kids is from Duxbury Beach May 2011.

Truck looks great. I'm so glad I didn't screw it up and make it a soft top (what was I thinking even contemplating that).
Have you ever considered adding another set of shocks in the rear instead of a sway bar? my newer 110 handles great loaded and while that may have something to do with older/harder compound mud terrains and stiffer poly bushings/springs, I have dual shocks on the rear corners and I think it makes a big difference. I know you did OME spring upgrade, but the extra shocks in the rear would help with any body roll/wind swaying on the highway without compromising travel/articulation.

Those seats sound like they're having an awesome time. I hope they don't get drunk in Vegas and make an ass out of themselves.

I have had intermittent brake light issues and replaced my brake light switch as it was sticking open so I thought I would be good to replace the housings in the rear as they were melted around the bulb - and then I find this! total mess - ground to power wires - looks like its going into my buddy as I think I should just run new leads from the front to the back

I think you need a few more crimp connectors in there and maybe some PVC electrical tape around any bare wire twisted joins

Just now catching up on all this... I'm laughing at the Titanic sticker... if you made more of those I would totally buy some.

I am not sure which is better, the fact that owning a ROW import like seeing the tip of the iceberg of problems every time you open the hood; or knowing there are iceberg size problems out there that you may ram into at any unexpected moment; or that it's going down and taking you with it.

The more I think of it, it's the absolute perfect symbol for defenders!!!

Awesome. I am in. I'll PM with details... mainly looking to see if I can get some smaller ones for my ROW rear x-member. Regular size will work fine for the LR3.

Looks very familiar. I replaced the floor with 1/8" and welded a 3/4" square tub down the middle as an extra stiffener. Worked a treat.

Have you looked at the rear floor stiffeners yet?
