Done stripping. Next up the 93 Loob donor. Whilst steeping in all things 2A over the last 72 hours I forgot to mention the sweet clamshell door and the 200 tdi rad/intercooler that were waiting for me when I arrived. I also got another delivery of a RRC rad yesterday.
On my next trip to the barn I will begin stripping the subassemblies. Then i will pile stuff into categories of which goes to soda blasting or galvanizing.

Loving the pics Bill. Having a tractor around sure helps. We had an old Case that barely worked but my old man would get it running for various jobs. Once my brothers and I got bigger, it was easier just getting us to move stuff like pickup beds.

The Designa Chassis could be a good move depending on how cost. Once you figure the time and sweat to get the LWB stripped and to and from the galvy house might be close. There is a lot to be said to have ready to bolt parts on hand. Even with the smaller projects I've been doing, the clean, strip, grind, cut, primer, paint parts of the job take by far the longest.

Stripped bulkhead. It's in worse condition than I thought. Might have to find one in better shape.

High winds made for an exciting drive from Cambridge to Waldorf.

You are making great progress Bill. I am honestly skeptical of your estimated timeline, but very impressive so far.

Please share some detailed before and after pictures of the stripping!

I put in 14-16 hour days when I'm at the barn. A little help is always appreciated.

Shipment from Craddocks arrived today with all my 200 Tdi reconditioning bits, and some 2A necessities. Also had to pick up a parcel at the post office that had my NOS speedometer and double gauge in it. There was also a Fedex Door tag for what I don't remember.
Dropped off the R380 shifters.

Futzed around with parts a little and did some clean up.

Gathered up a bunch of stuff like pedal towers and the LT230 to work on in the evenings here in town. Saw 4 bald eagles, one of which was in a tree in front of the house, about 50 feet away when it flew off. headed back to DC after only 5 hours at the barn.

Cleaned up pedal towers, rear liftgate and swing out door. Have another run to stripper planned for this week.

Have to restore this diesel badge and have no clue what it is supposed to look like. The lettering is chromed.
