A/C with heater core build-up.

My RHD D90 came with a "custom" a/c. Essentially the heater box was removed and replaced with an A/C unit. So, the truck doesn't have heat. I'm trying to add a heater core to the assembly and hook the Temp cable to control the heat with a valve to the core. I can fabricate a new box that will allow a heater core up to 4"x4"x14".

I've tried to attach photos of what it looks like now.

And also photos with the A/C assembly moved to allow clearance for the heater core. I will have to alter the mount for the washer assembly.

Any other suggestions? Anybody know where I can source a heater core that will fit within my dimensions of 4"x4"x14"?

The box is pretty close to the manifolds, but I think I can shorten the studs to allow for removal of the manifolds if needed.

Now that I see the pictures, looks like someone removed your heater assembly and installed some auxiliary AC unit that blows air from under the bonnet in the engine bay, through an AC evaporator to chill it (gas fumes, exhaust fumes, dust, leaves, and all).

To do this right you would be better off replacing what you have with something different.
Easiest would be a stock heater with a later under dash unit.

I think safari hp listed a bunch of RHD heater units FS recently. Reach out and ask. Also you'll need the plastic collector from the top of the fender to the heater.

Edit: found thread http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=58996

The A/c Assembly is actually enclosed, I removed the cover. It draws air from the floorboard.

I actually purchased a used heater box from safari hp to see if I could integrate them somehow. I think the easiest way would be to just add a heater core and turn the flow on/off with the temp cable from the dash. I picked up a wing intake, but now I have to figure out how to switch between fresh air and recir.
