I have assembled the front clip, made all my frame mounts for both front and rear cage, made my rear cage, got the brakes bled, clutch bled, fuel lines primed, seats in, tailgate in, just need to get the damn thing started. Ill take some more pics of the other stuff along with the cage. I have three days till Uwharrie and it could go either way, I don't know diesels as well so it's taking a little time to get the kinks worked out. We will see.

Ok, here is an update on everything that I have done since January 19th.

97 NAS Frame and tub(blasted & powder coated frame)
LHD conversion
SG stage three lift(blasted powder coated)
Bilstein 5175's hoop to hoop conversion
New double cardon DS extended 2"s
Stainless extended brake lines
New front and rear control arm bushings
All new hardware all the way around
Made custom sliders
New half doors
New door sliders
New wings
New front facia, grill and surrounds
Truck light LED 65k lumens
LED marks on the front
New clutch
All new brake lines
All new fuel lines
Double fuel tanks with 30 gallon capacity
Pollack valve to select tank
Blade style fuse box
Had the seats reupholstered and center console
New glass and all new seals
Superlined the inside and underside of tube and bulkhead
New door strikers, handles, key locks yes they all work!!
Custom rear cage (did front supports but still have to knock out front hoop)
New gauge cluster
300tdi exhaust manifold and new turbo hoses
Custom exhaust
Upgraded both front and rear axles to 24 spline with a Detroit in the rear
New battery cutoff switch
Warn 8000lb synthetic winch
Custom front bumper
Willow green paint
Dynamated bulkhead, flooring, doors, fenders an seat box
Every bracket in the truck was sand blasted and powder coated
Custom wing tops
Custom hood top (hood was not worth wasting paint)
Every nut and bolt was replaced
Rebuilt e brake (it works like a champ)
Wolf wheels where sand blasted and powder coated

This was all done in a little over twelve weeks, I still need to finish the wiring and brakes, but other than finding a couple dash pc's to finish the conversion it's pretty close to being done!

So it has been four months since my frame came to rest at the shop, well she made her maiden voyage home to the country today. MAN has this build been a biotch, but I have enjoyed every minute of it!! She is not complete yet, I am still trying to source some dash parts to complete the interior, along with sorting out the rest of the wiring. My upholstery guy will have my new full bikini top and windjammer next week as well, which I am excited about. Any who I am on the search for a 110 if anyone is interested! I might keep her I think she is pretty sexy! It's like the age old saying show me a super model and ill show you a guy tired of f'ner her!!
