'87 110 CSW 300TDi Build

OK.

The project has begun. I need to start by stating that a local shop is doing the work, as I am unable to find the time to do so.

I purchased the 110 with a 2.5TD and an LT77.

Project highlights:

Full tear down to be repainted in Nara Bronze Metallic with black roof and trim pieces.
+2" HD TerraFirma suspension upgrade
Brake and axle overhaul
Remote Trans oil cooler, electric fans, A/C, and Exmoor updated interior.

Purpose is to tote my camper, son and wife, and two dogs where ever we decide to go.

Attached are the images of the start of the project:

Would you please change the title to "'87 110 CSW Build" as the scope of the project has changed:

Thanks

Are you not doing the TDI anymore? If not, then what? Also, while you're at it, highly recommend converting rear drums to disc now.

Still installing TDI. Thanks for the advise of the rear brake upgrade. Hope to have it back early next week for me to install the drivetrain.

Thanks

Should be picking the vehicle up this Friday (July 26).

Next up, installing the drivetrain (from this point on, I'll be doing all the work).

Thanks, but like much of the progress thus far, I cannot take credit for it. My wife picked the color. I do agree, a great color combo.
