Removed the headliner and was shocked how the underside of the roof looks brand new!!

How clean did you get the surface, and what type of prepping did you do before applying the bedliner?

Blew it out several times with air and scrubbed with hot soap and water - That's it!!!!

Well.... uh... maybe I'm overdoing it a bit then... For the seatbox and floor, I blasted, am setting up to spray epoxy etch primer, then I'll go over with two-part Hippoliner.

Did you attempt any dings and scratches on a sacrifice piece to see how it holds up?

BTW, your truck sure looks a lot like mine!

Tried to buy the 2 pcs of headliner from a member but he is pretty proud of it 😃 but I'll prob keep it bare - End goal is to be a ST

I wouldn't say you're over doing it - Different strokes for different folks plus really depends on the condition prior. I fixed a nasty spot on the drives footwell prior so Alls good now

Loadspace mat / Check! Rear inside wheel arches mat / Check! Middle row floor / Check! Front floors and footwells / Check! 3x4' 1/2" Stall Mats from Tractor Supply!!! $21.00 each!!! Will tackle seat box next

For those who have asked regarding the carpet - Local upholstery shop calls it Thermo Bond Carpet and contact cement was used. Here are pics of the front (Left) and back (Right)

Looks great! Excellent idea with the horse stall mat for the load space liner! Especially since most places want $200-$300 for a thinner piece...
