72 series 3 88

I am in the beginning of a frame up rebuild of a series 3. It seems on the cusp of being able to patch the frame, I am leaning towards doing a frame replacement. The guy I bought it from included a spare rolling chassis. That frame is solid with the exception to 1 horn and the rear crossmember. The one on the truck now is good .
I have basic mechanic experience, but not a professional. I will have some questions along the way about how to do a frame replacement.
Do I need to take it apart panel by panel?
Is there a way to Jack the body up to roll out the old frame instead?
What is the best book to buy to help me along?

Generally, you are best off take the body off in large sub assemblies although it is certainly possible to do as one unit.

Front fenders, windscreen, bonnet, doors, bulkhead, breakfast, roof with sides, rear tub with seat box attached seems to be the optimal level of disassembly from a time perspective in my view.
