Now i'm in the assembly phase. If I can figure out an easy way to pull pics off my phone I'll post pics from paint to where i am now. If not, you can look at the "what did you do to your defender today" thread and there are a bunch of pics there.

new factory bushings. once i got the correct size dies they weren't too difficult to press in.

Installing new clutch and attaching trans to motor

Fixing the lower door channels

Backing out studs in the exhaust manifold

It's a diff motor (specific to the new set up for td5 bulkhead)
