Love the build, love the color (I'm bias)! I'm in the minority I know, I just don't like galvanized parts that aren't color treated.

When I re-did my frame It was a must that it was colored black. But that's just personal preference. Great job on the build!

I debated not coating the mating surfaces but after having them separated I didn't see the harm in doing so. There is rubber washer that seals the 2 halves and I keep the coating off that area so I don't see how coating those surfaces will interfere with their operation.

Very close to getting it back on the road. Tried starting the other day and I think I have a file delivery issue but haven't had a chance to diagnose, finishing up a few other projects.

Hey Art, Good to hear from you.

I'm basically done. Just need to put the doors and bonnet on then a quick once over to make sure nothing was missed. I've been so jammed I haven't had a free weekend to finish those last few things.
